Connor Sebastian is currently the Director of the OBA's Oakland location and an Assistant Coach at Windermere Prep.

Connor returned to Orlando Basketball Academy after spending a season as an Assistant Coach at the D1 level at Virginia Military Institute. In 2023-24, Connor was one of the youngest full time D1 staff members in the country. During his time at VMI, Connor was responsible for game film breakdown, player development, Florida high school recruiting, and team logistics.

Before VMI, Connor spent two seasons as an Assistant Coach at Windermere Prep under current Head Coach Brian Hoff. During the 2022-2023 State Championship run, Connor assisted with opposing scouts, practice planning, and player development.

Connor graduated from UCF in 2021, majoring in Event Management and minoring in Marketing.
